day 04 of the lettuce diet

wow so yeah…day 4. i woke up in the morning as usual, had my lettuce, did my makeup etc….went to work and i didn’t eat until 3.

i had some chicken teriyaki and rice + miso soup. nothing too crazy. i didn’t go to the gym but i played on the wii fit and it was pretty cool…yeah nothing spectacular.

i weighed myself this morning (day 5) and i had lost 4 lbs so YAY!

day 03 of the lettuce diet

I’VE HIT THE 3 DAY MARK! i’m so excited~ it honestly hasn’t been THAT hard but i just miss sweets :[. my coworker bought all these delicious Cuban pastries to work and i couldn’t eat them :[ so sad but i’ve lost two lbs! 

I woke up today and got ready for work as usual, ate my lettuce. Work was pretty fun today so I was kept busy til about 3. Honestly I ate at 10 and then at 3 but in between i felt fine. I had some chicken teriyaki and rice and miso soup. Oh fuck i forgot also I ate 5 or so pieces of samgyupsal (my favorite thing IN THE WORLD). Yeah then i left work, went to the bank etc…then i headed to the gym. I normally don’t run on the treadmill because i’m clumsy and i get really out of breath etc… but I did that today. IT WAS HARD BUT I DID IT! I felt really sweaty but really awesome.

I went home and took a shower…its almost 11PM and I haven’t eaten lettuce yet. I don’t feel hungry AT ALL but i should probably eat for my survival lol <3

day two of the lettuce diet-written on day 3 LOL

okay so i fucked up, i didn’t blog yesterday. i had a day off of work yesterday so i woke up around 10am and i had my breakfast..some lettuce. joy, i love lettuce (not really, i’m very sick of it). after i ate i picked up one of my girlz and we headed to the beach. i live in Miami, FL…it’s VERY serious business going to the beach. needless to say the weather was perfect and it was HOT. i was actually a little faint in the heat but i mean really, i heard we broke some sort of heat record here yesterday.

anyway…around 230 we headed to Iron Sushi to get some food and watch the North Korea vs. Brazil game (NK lost obviously). We ordered a pretty big platter of sushi, and i pretty much savored every bite. After lunch we headed back to the beach, full of sushi and content as hell. We were only there for maybe 30 mins more because our skin literally hurt. 

When i got home, i showered and whatnot and had my ‘dinner’..more lettuce. Later that night I went to a sports bar to watch the Lakers vs. Celtics game (Celtics lost, don’t really care). I drank last night…which was a MISTAKE. After 3 cosmos and 1 appletini (it was ladies night i promise i don’t really drink these LOL) i felt really weird and sleepy, so I went home (no i wasn’t even buzzed so no DUI for me). Drinking is pretty much impossible on this diet unless you’re down for throwing up or feeling like shit -_-. 

I felt good, not THAT hungry except in the mornings. I’d say i’m doing pretty well on this diet. :)

ok so..day one of the lettuce diet..

alright not sure if everyone is aware of this one. park bom from 2ne1 did some sort of lettuce diet that really worked out for her:

my guess is that she would eat lettuce when she woke up, a regular lunch, and then more lettuce. not sure if she took multivitamins but i’m going to…

my first day of the LD was today

when i woke up i drank a cup of super cold water slowly while i got ready for work. after opening at work i had a little bit of lettuce with BARELY any ginger dressing. i worked etc.I was pretty hungry. at lunch i had a little bit of rice and some chicken strips. i also had like two sips of kimchi tofu soup but i mean..and then a miso soup only tofu. lalala then i watched the italy vs. paraguay game..freaked out a little bit and then i headed to the gym. I was there from 5-530PM doing the usual workout plus more. haha i did a lettuce run to my nearest market and i must have looked hilarious holding 6 huge heads of lettuce: 

k so yeah now i’m home and showered waiting for my mom to chill out, and then i’m gonna go cut up some lettuce and thatttts my dinner :3 LOL. i’ll edit later with how i feel around 9-10..

the purpose of this blog..

hello! my name is Mandy. I’m an avid kpop fan and I always hear about these crazy diets some of the idols do. out of curiousity i started this blog so that i can document myself as i venture through some of the craziest diets EVER. 

WARNING: I am used to dieting and can pretty much handle any kind of calorie intake so these diets are not that big of a deal for me. HOWEVER, if you plan on trying one of the diets, PLEASE take caution and be smart about it.

Here are some of my physical characteristics:

i’m 20 years old.

i weight 150 lbs.

my height is 5’5”

i have 15% body fat.

i’m latin.

Being latin actually does affect my dieting because my body structure is different from other heritages. I have to take care and consume multi vitamins as well so that i don’t totally wreck my body.

I’m excited to start and i hope i can handle all of this!
